Co–op and
Internship positions are posted in OwlLink, our online job services system, powered by Symplicity.
With this new system, employers now have the ability to post and make modifications to
their positions directly.
Once submitted,
jobs are held for review by The Career Services Center staff before being accessible
to students. You may be contacted by our office for additional information about your
position.
Job Postings will
automatically expire after 30 days. You will be notified as your job approaches expiration
and provided an opportunity to extend the posting.
When you hire a KSU
student for your position, please
our office to let us know your company name and the student’s name. You can
inactivate your job posting in the system.
Towards the end
of the semester, students should provide you with a form for your evaluation of their
performance. You may also download the Supervisor’s
Evaluation of Co–op Student or Intern form. After completing the form, you may mail, fax or
it back to us.
Please feel free to contact , the
Assistant Director of the Experiential Education Program, with any questions.
