Application Process
  1. Drop off a completed application to the Career Services Center (Kennesaw Hall Room 2617) or submit via fax (770‑423‑6517). Be sure to complete all sections of the application so that it can be processed immediately. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
  2. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received through the end of Late Registration. The earlier a student submits their application, the faster it will be processed.

**We cannot guarantee processing for applications turned in after the final deadline date. The final deadline dates for coming semesters are:
Summer 2008:   Monday, June 2, Noon
Fall 2008:   Tuesday, August 19, Noon
  3. Applications are evaluated based on various factors including GPA, credit hours, relevance to major, and number of hours working.
  4. On average, although there are some exceptions, applications take approximately one week to process. Certain majors will take longer than a week to process because they require departmental approval.
  5. Notification of approval/non-approval begins approximately one week after the Schedule of Courses is published. Students will be notified via phone as to whether their application is approved or not approved. We ask that students be patient as we work to process applications and notify students.
  6. After students are notified that they have been accepted into the program, they are responsible for registering for the course, paying for course credit, and making sure they complete the assignments on time.
Thank you for your patience!
