What’s On–Campus Recruiting?
The On–Campus Recruiting (OCR) program is an opportunity for KSU students
to interview for career opportunities with a wide variety of potential
employers, right here on campus! When an employer comes to campus to interview
students, they are actively seeking you out as a candidate to fill specific job
openings. The number of applicants they receive through our system will be
relatively small compared to the number of applicants they would receive through
their website, and you can be assured that they will at least look at and consider
your resume. Think of it this way: would you rather be one of 20, or one of 20,000?
