Alumni Registration Request for OwlLink

Alumni who are not already set up in the OwlLink database must submit the following form. Once you have been set up, you will receive an e–mail with instructions for completing your registration. Please note that your KSU ID number is not the same as your SSN. If you do not know your KSU ID number, you can look it up in Owl Express.

Please note: All alumni who have graduated since 2007 have been set up in the OwlLink database, and do not need to submit this form.

Please do not submit this form if you are currently enrolled at KSU or if you are a recent graduate; this form is only for Alumni who graduated prior to 2007. Current students and recent alumni are already set up in the OwlLink database; for more information about registering, please refer to the FAQ.
 

The Career Services Center will be closed December 22nd thru January 2nd for the Winter Break; registration requests received during this period will be processed in the order in which they are received beginning Monday, January 5th. Thank you for your patience!
